Booking and confirmation

A booking isn't confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice and a booking number. Times shown reflect real availability, and a time may fill up before you finish booking.

Payment

Depending on the payment mode in force when you book, you may be asked to pay in full, pay a deposit to hold the table, or pay at the cafe. The amount due is shown before you confirm.

If payment isn't completed within the stated window, the booking is cancelled automatically and the table is released.

Changes and cancellation

You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to the period shown on the booking page. After that, the deposit may not be refundable.

Refunds: if you cancel within the free window, the amount paid is returned in full to the same payment method within 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank. After the window, the deposit is non-refundable unless management approves. To request a refund, contact us with your booking number.

Arrival

Please arrive on time. Arriving late may shorten your session so we can honour other guests' bookings. Not showing up without notice may forfeit the deposit.

Packages and prices

What each package includes is set out on its page. Prices are in Saudi riyals, with VAT added as shown. We may change prices and packages in future; changes don't affect a confirmed booking.
